The queue was easy to deal with. I barely had to wait at all, which was nice.

I had plans to go, but the weather ended up changing things, and the site was frustrating to deal with. It wasn’t clear what was still open, what was delayed, or what had changed, so I felt like I had to dig around way too much just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but for a place that big, I really expected better communication and more up-to-date info.

The view from the observation deck was definitely pretty, and I’m glad I got to see it for myself, but I expected a bit more considering the price. For me, it felt way too crowded and kind of rushed, which made it hard to actually enjoy the moment. I also wanted to get some good photos, but with everyone pushing around, that got annoying fast. I’m happy I can say I’ve been once, but I probably wouldn’t spend my money on it again.

The location was great, super close to the subway, which made getting there easy. But once I got inside, it felt really crowded and a bit all over the place?? I wasn’t totally sure where to go, and the website didn’t really clear things up either. Convenient, yes, but the whole experience was more confusing than I expected.

Rockefeller Center ended up being a really easy place to get some great family photos, especially at night with all the lights. There are so many nice backdrops close together, so we didn’t have to walk around much to find good spots. We got some pictures we actually want to print and keep.

I had to cancel my visit, and the refund process was more frustrating than it needed to be. It took longer than I expected, and the replies I got weren’t very clear. What annoyed me most was that the terms seemed to change along the way, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I understand there are policies, but it should be a lot easier and more straightforward for customers.

The lights were really and definitely worth seeing. The event itself felt a little messy and super packed at times, which made it hard to fully enjoy. But i can see they were probably doing their best with a big crowd, and it still had some nice moments

There’s plenty to choose from here, i’ve never had a bad meal. It’s one of those places that just consistently does a good job.

I stopped by Rockefeller Center last week the place itself was really cool to see. It had that classic NYC energy and was definitely worth walking around for a bit. But then the staff kind of threw me off. We asked a couple of basic questions and a few people responded like we were ruining their entire day. Like okay, sorry for existing, I guess? I know it gets busy and I’m sure they deal with a lot of tourists, but a quick smile or even just a clear answer would’ve made it feel way more welcoming. It wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, but for such a famous spot, I expected the experience to feel a little better.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but there were lots of shops and it was easy to browse around without feeling too rushed...

The elevator ride itself was cool, but the timing was kind of annoying. It felt like everyone got crammed in at once, and then the whole thing was rushed, like we barely had a second to enjoy it. The staff was fine, but going up and down could’ve been way more organized. Just felt like we happened to be there at the worst possible time...

I booked through rockefellercenter and, i was expecting something to go wrong, but it was actually easy. The views from Top of the Rock were amazing, which helped make up for the usual crowds and touristy vibe. There wasn’t much hassle overall, and the staff were nice too, so I can’t really complain too much.

Security was quick and easy. The line kept moving, and the screening process was smooth overall

I was doing a few things at once and expected the ticket process to take longer than it did. I had my info ready, clicked through, and before I really had time to worry about it, the tickets showed up. No weird steps or hassle, which was nice.

I bought my tickets on rockefellercenter and they showed up on my phone really quickly. I did not have to print anything, which was nice. We just scanned them when we got there and went right in. It was super easy and definitely saved a little stress.

Went with our two kids. It was decent. Booking online was easy, though some planning info felt all over the place. Rockefeller Center was fun to see. Very crowded though. Not great with a stroller. The kids liked the views and the lights. Food and tickets got pricey fast. Glad we went. Not exactly a chill family day

Everything looked really clean and taken care of. I didn’t have any complaints at all, it was just a nice, tidy place overal.

Getting in with a wheelchair was really easy, easier than I was expecting compared to some other places...

Umm, our guide was really friendly and clearly knew a lot about the place. The tour did move a little fast at times, but I still really enjoyed getting to see everything.
